About Vertex Financial

Vertex Financial is a Canadian CPA firm providing accounting, tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and business incorporation services to individuals and businesses across the Greater Toronto Area.

Vertex Financial provides the following professional services:

All services are subject to a separate engagement letter or service agreement signed prior to commencement of work.

Fees & Payment

Service fees are agreed upon in writing before work begins. Our pricing is transparent with no hidden fees. Payment terms are outlined in your individual engagement letter.

Initial consultations are free of charge and carry no obligation to engage our services.

Vertex Financial reserves the right to update its fee structure. Any changes will be communicated to existing clients in advance.

Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver accurate and timely services, clients are responsible for:

  • Providing complete, accurate, and timely financial information and documents
  • Notifying us of any changes in their financial or business situation
  • Reviewing all prepared documents before filing or submission
  • Maintaining their own copies of all financial records

Vertex Financial is not liable for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

Confidentiality

Vertex Financial treats all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal or financial information to third parties except:

  • Where required by law or the Canada Revenue Agency
  • With your explicit written consent
  • To authorized service providers who assist in delivering our services (under confidentiality agreements)
